Job Purpose


As a Senior Brand Manager HCP Marketing, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated multichannel campaigns for promoted portfolio products across the country.


Education, Experience & Skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferred


  • 5+ years in pharma, healthcare, or related industry


  • In-depth knowledge of marketing products or services


  • Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills.


  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; feels driven to conquer uncharted territory.


  • Extensive HCP marketing experience


  • Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders including more senior.


  • Drive for performance and ability to act independently through creative thinking, problem solving and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


  • Optimistic team player excited to deliver in a role with purpose.


  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes.


  • Ability to define, track, analyze key performance measures and make data-driven decisions.


  • Understanding of the changing digital environment particularly how this can impact our strategy.


  • Drive for performance, discipline on execution & tracking results & meet deadlines.


  • Strong governance mindset: able to assess potential risks for the performance and ensure a solid mitigation plan and performance tracking in place.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive the HCP Marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.


  • Prepare HCP marketing business plans (strategic and operational)


  • Ensure comprehension of Product/Therapy Area strategy to select, customize and share global content to country.


  • Harmonize the integrated campaigns in line with market needs, proposal of solutions and identification of gaps in content or technology.


  • Develop the end-to-end portfolio marketing customer experience plan with cross functional team’s input based on available data and channel mix deliverables.


  • Partnering with cross functional and sales teams and support them on tactical deployment and execution of marketing plans. 


  • Liaise with the cross functional team to design the customer journey strategy that will be in line with the country need by leveraging the existing product playbook.


  • Assess opportunities for new products and launch new products to maximize profitability.


  • Conduct market research to uncover potential business opportunities in the market and ensure commercial viability.


  • Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to promotion and marketing code to achieve performance with integrity.
