Senior BI Engineer

We are looking for a BI Engineer with 2-4 years of experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on development in Oracle BI tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing business intelligence solutions, working with large-scale datasets, and optimizing data models for reporting and analytics. The role involves close collaboration with data teams to create insightful dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using OBIEE
• Work with large-scale datasets to create optimized data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and enhance interactive visualizations, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting solutions.
•  Ensure BI solutions align with business needs, delivering accurate and meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve reporting efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct performance tuning for BI queries and optimize report generation times.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security in all BI implementations.
• Troubleshoot BI issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in BI development, with at least 2 years of hands-on development using Oracle BI tools (OBIEE, OAC, or similar).
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and complex data structures.
•  Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, and transformation.
•  Knowledge of data modeling techniques for reporting and analytics.
•  Experience in performance tuning of BI reports and dashboards.
• Ability to work closely with business users, analysts, and data teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle BI-related issues and troubleshooting.
