This is a grant-funded contractual position. 

ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Manager; you will be responsible for assisting the Digital Health Resource Centre for mobile application development with conceptualizing, testing, designing, developing, and maintaining robust source codes and frameworks. You will also be responsible to ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of innovations and applications and provide training on the same.

You will be responsible to:

• assist in design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable source code
• develop mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms
• assist with the development of technology strategy based on available infrastructure and innovative technologies
• assist in designing and developing solutions to be implemented in low-resource settings
• collaborate with developers, designers and subject matter experts to conceptualize, design, build, test, deploy, and launch applications.

Requirements

You should have:

• Bachelor of Science (computer science) & CIT or Masters
• at least one year of relevant work experience
• proficiency in Flutter and Dart
• strong understanding of APIs and cross-platform integration
• familiarity with performance optimization and debugging tools
• comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycle
• comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance and functionality testing
• high level of expertise in Microsoft Office applications
• basic knowledge of UML design
• excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• strong command of written and spoken English.
