Pavago is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our client’s team. This role requires a strong background in full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, and Sage Intact. The ideal candidate should have experience with construction accounting, excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial data efficiently. This position is best suited for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who can handle financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and oversee month-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Handle journal entries, payroll, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.
- Sage Intaact Management: Manage financial data from multiple sources and ensure accurate input into Sage Intaact Must be able to quickly learn new financial systems.
- Construction Accounting: Has extensive experience with construction accounting and knows the ins and outs of it.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, evaluate financial performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modelling, reporting, and data management.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Identify financial discrepancies, analyze complex financial data, and implement corrective actions.
- Communication & Coordination: Effectively communicate financial issues and deadlines to team members and management, ensuring employees complete Fyle transactions in a timely manner.
- Detail-Oriented Approach: Maintain accuracy in financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.

- Software: Advanced proficiency in Sage Intacct.
- Financial Understanding: Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Internet: Reliable internet connection for seamless remote work.
