- Education: BBA/MBA or equivalent.
- Experience: 10+ years in sales within the service industry.
- Proven B2B Sales expertise, particularly in HR, Banking, Software, or Insurance sectors.
- Preferred Background: Fintech industry experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a strategic outlook.
