About the Role

We are on the hunt for a seasoned SEO Specialist who thrives on the cutting edge of digital marketing. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of both technical and non-technical SEO strategies, a proven track record of securing top search rankings, and the ability to design and implement strategic content frameworks that drive results. Responsibilities
  • Strategic SEO Leadership: Execute end-to-end SEO strategies with a strong focus on ranking for high-value, high-commercial-intent keywords.
  • Advanced Content Frameworks: Develop and oversee strategic, research-driven content marketing frameworks—not just writing articles, but driving holistic strategies.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, and site architecture to improve rankings and crawlability.
  • Off-Page SEO: Execute backlink strategies including outreach, guest posting, and citation building to grow domain authority.
  • Backlink Acquisition: Create and implement link-building strategies to enhance the website’s authority and trustworthiness.
  • WordPress Management: Upload, format, and optimize content using WordPress CMS.
  • Semantic SEO & Research: Leverage tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console to uncover keyword gaps and content opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze performance, generate SEO reports, and continuously refine strategies based on measurable outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure SEO and content strategies align with broader business goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and content marketing
  • Demonstrated success in ranking websites in the top 3 positions for high-commercial-intent keywords
  • Proficient in both technical and non-technical SEO
  • Strong command of tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console
  • In-depth knowledge of content strategy, topic clustering, and keyword mapping
  • Working knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field—or equivalent professional experience
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable content frameworks
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
What Does a Typical Day Look Like
  • Conduct keyword and competitive research using Ahrefs or SEMrush
  • Plan and update content calendars based on business priorities and SEO data
  • Collaborate with content writers or write optimized articles when needed
  • Perform on-page audits and implement technical fixes or enhancements
  • Launch and manage link-building or outreach campaigns
  • Report on ranking improvements, traffic growth, and strategy effectiveness
  • Meet with team leads to align strategy and communicate results
