What You'll Do
Coordinate with the client manager to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure the team is following Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
Work closely with the tech lead and business analyst to groom stories, prioritize backlog items, and estimate story points.
Track and monitor end-to-end delivery of user stories, features, and epics.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project timeline or scope.
Work with the team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Report project status to internal and external stakeholders using Agile metrics, burn-down charts, and other relevant tools.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members on Agile principles and practices.
What You Know
A Minimum of at least 5 years of experience,
Experience should include a scrum master role.
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Education
A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
