Job Summary:


As an experienced Scrum Master, you will lead and facilitate agile practices within cross-functional teams to drive software projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with strong agile expertise, project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating team activities, managing sprint timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with Organizational goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Agile Leadership:


  • Actively lead Scrum teams by owning and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence by guiding Scrum teams in effectively applying agile methodologies and principles.
  • You are not just a coach, but a player-coach who cares deeply about the details and winning results.

Project Coordination:


  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, manage sprint backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure clear communication of project requirements and progress.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Have demonstrated track record and depth of expertise in shipping complex software projects and ownership of results.
  • Be a leader who holds all project participants accountable - you are the nexus of a high performing team.

Customer Focus:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals and focus on creating customer solutions that deliver outstanding service built on trust and quality.
  • Know your product(s), sufficiently to lead projects, lead people and identify and broker solutions that enables product releases that make 3E and our employees and customers proud.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Foster a culture of innovation by staying updated on agile trends, establishing clear performance metrics, and encouraging teams to leverage agile practices in impactful ways.Monitor and report on key Scrum metrics, always finding ways to improve and implement those improvements in your team.

  • Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork, cultivate a broad network of contacts, and adapt leadership style to different situations and challenges.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Establish achievable goals and high standards, develop a strong agile team, and provide insightful and motivating feedback to drive organizational success.

  • Develop a solid grasp of technical and customer-focused aspects of products, aligning with customer service excellence.Learn to facilitate small team meetings, understanding the importance of agenda-setting and follow-through.Gain proficiency in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and its role in leadership decision-making.Establish a foundation for personal accountability by setting clear objectives for self-improvement and tracking progress against organization standards, ensuring fair contribution to team goals.Start to apply AI tools in leadership tasks, aiming to streamline basic team processes.Engage with mentorship programs to understand the dynamics of team management.Practice open communication and begin to cultivate a personal leadership style that respects diversity and inclusivity.Show initiative in staying current with emerging leadership trends and technologies, seeking opportunities for application.Embrace ethical leadership principles, aligning with organizational standards and promoting data literacy within the team.

Applies Practical Knowledge of Job Area Typically Obtained Through Advanced Education and Work Experience:


  • Demonstrate an advanced understanding of technical requirements and translate them into effective AI applications.Lead interactions with Product and Quality teams.Develop expertise in BDD and its application in AI contexts.Contribute to the development of training and feedback mechanisms for AI systems.Mentor entry-level team members and share knowledge.Apply ethical AI principles and demonstrate strong data literacy skills.Continuously learn and upskill in AI technologies.
