Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master with 2-4 years of experience to facilitate Agile processes and drive the success of our Data & ML projects.

Responsibilities:

•  Oversee and manage Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, and Release Planning while facilitating Scrum meetings.
•  Collaborate with the Project Manager to define and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resource allocation.
•  Ensure the implementation of Agile best practices for efficient software development.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with Data & AI industry trends.
• Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and resource utilization using burndown charts and story point planning.
• Motivate, guide, and support teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and team dynamics.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable
