Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with over 3 years of experience, particularly within the UAE real estate market. The role involves the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce modules across Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting implementations and enhancements, as well as providing day-to-day support for Salesforce applications. A minimum of 2 years of real estate experience is mandatory, and the candidate should be available to start within 15 days.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Development: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds.
- Real Estate Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in the UAE real estate market using Salesforce.
- Salesforce Customization: Proficiency in developing with Salesforce tools such as Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components.
- Salesforce Administration: Strong skills in Process Builders, Workflows, Validation Rules, Object Models, Profiles/Roles/Permission Sets, and Security.
- Integration Experience: Experience with integrating Salesforce using REST APIs, Web Services, and MuleSoft.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide efficient solutions, including workarounds and fixes.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional)
- MuleSoft Integration: Familiarity with MuleSoft for integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Multiple Implementations: Experience with 2-3 full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
- UAE Real Estate Expertise: Knowledge of the specific needs and processes of the real estate sector in the UAE.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the UAE real estate industry.
- Salesforce Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce customization, administration, and integration using REST and Web Services.
- Availability: Ready to join within 15 days.
