Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top sales talent within the tech industry.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales roles across various departments.
Identify and recruit sales candidates from both local and international markets.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted job descriptions.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' sales skills and cultural fit.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment reports.
Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in sales recruiting, preferably in the tech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales roles and requirements within the tech sector.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and deliver within tight timelines.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
