Pavago is looking for a Sales Outreach and Support Specialist for our client who can seamlessly assist in managing sales flows, handle CRM updates, and support our team in achieving sales objectives. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about sales coordination, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Flow Management: Assist in managing the sales pipeline by updating client interactions, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
  • Sales Call Review & Action Items: Access sales call recordings to identify action items, prioritize tasks, and ensure follow-up for all client engagements.
  • Lead Follow-Up & Coordination: Regularly engage with leads, nurture relationships, and send reminders to the sales team for timely follow-ups.
  • Cold Email Outreach: Create, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns to generate new leads, focusing on improving outreach strategies and conversion rates.
  • Personal Sales Assistance: Act as a personal assistant to the sales lead, handling reminders, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting overall sales efforts.
  • CRM Management: Maintain the CRM system with updated information from calls, emails, and interactions to ensure data accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to align outreach efforts, track performance, and adjust strategies for better results.

  • Experience: 2+ years in a sales coordination, support, or administrative role.
  • CRM Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, especially for cold email outreach and client follow-ups.
  • Sales Call Analysis: Ability to listen to sales calls, extract actionable insights, and ensure follow-through.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to adjust working hours to align with outreach and follow-up schedules.

Your day begins with reviewing CRM updates and prioritizing follow-ups for leads. You will listen to sales call recordings, identify action items, and ensure that tasks are addressed promptly.
