Position Overview:


As a Sales Operations Specialist at 7Vals, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, improving sales team performance, helping to visualize important sales data, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments. You will be responsible for enabling a team of sales professionals, analyzing data, implementing strategies, and driving initiatives that support our sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Process Optimization:


  1. Evaluate, streamline, and document the end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in sales workflows.
  3. Develop and implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  1. Utilize data analytics tools and CRM systems to provide insights into sales performance.
  2. Create and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review and revenue team visibility. 
  3. Identify trends, sales patterns, and opportunities for sales team optimization.

Sales Team Support:


  1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges.
  2. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to sales representatives on tools and processes.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sales excellence.

Forecasting and Planning:


  1. Work with the sales leadership to develop sales forecasts and revenue projections.
  2. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to support sales targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  1. Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
  2. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between sales and other teams.

Qualifications:


  1. Proven experience in sales operations
  2. Minimum Bachelors degree
  3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems (Hubspot will be a plus).
  4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  5. Leadership experience, including managing a team of professionals.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
