About the job Sales Manager

HRSI is looking for "Sales Manager" for one its leading client.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and expand Ifusions market presence in Pakistan.
  • Market Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market penetration for our microinverters, string inverters, and residential energy storage solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPC companies, installers, and other key stakeholders in the PV and energy storage sectors to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and valuable market insights to senior management, enabling informed decision-making and business strategy adjustments.
    Qualifications
    • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, with a proven track record in sales or business development.
    • Network and Connections: Extensive network and established industry connections within the PV sector, especially with distributors, EPC companies, and installers.
    • Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Self-Motivation: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and effectively handle a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Collaboration: Work closely with technical support and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction, address product-related concerns, and contribute insights for product
