Conduct market research and prospecting activities to identify and qualify new leads.
Focus on social engagement (social media and cold calling) with customers based in KSA.
Schedule appointments, prepare LOB-specific presentations, and coordinate meetings with clients and prospects.
Work closely with Pre-sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Project teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales strategies.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Attend sales training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
Contribute to the creation of sales collateral, including sales scripts, email templates, and marketing materials.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analyses to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
