Job Overview:
Join our team as a Sales Enablement Associate and be responsible for provides sales leaders and representatives with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, the sales enablement associate will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success will be measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in researching and identifying potential leads and target markets through various channels such as online research, databases, and industry publications.
Support the execution of lead generation strategies.
Identify, evaluate, and implement sales tools, technologies, and platforms to optimize sales processes, enhance productivity, and improve sales performance.
Analyze sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall sales experience.
Work with sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and decision-making.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials aligned with sales strategies and tailored to different stages of the sales cycle.
Analyze and Identify channels of lead generation.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
Assist in monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide valuable insights and help adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.
Assess and analyze a prospect’s current process and requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of proven experience in content marketing, sales enablement, sales ops, or sales development.
Excellent content management, content creation, content development, and copywriting skills.
Understanding of strategies for business growth, as well as standard KPIs.
Understanding of quantitative and qualitative data, the reasons for both, and how each should be properly leveraged.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in US timings.
