Time Zone: PST
Timings: Monday to Wednesday (12pm to 8pm Pacific) and Saturday & Sunday (10am to 7pm Pacific)
Note : Thursday & Friday is off


About Pavago:
Pavago is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our client based in the US. This role focused on tutoring and college counseling. Our client is dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals and gain admission to the universities of their choice. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling leads, following up on sales calls, and managing the sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills, fluency in English, and extensive experience in selling within the US.


Responsibilities:


  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and qualify them based on predefined criteria. Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to generate interest and set up meetings or demos.
  • Lead Management: Call and follow up on leads generated by the company, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Appointment Setting: Manage and schedule appointments for potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Sales Pipeline: Track leads and manage sales calls through CRM software, ensuring consistent follow-ups and progress through the sales cycle.
  • Client Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients to address their needs and close deals efficiently.

What Makes You a Perfect Candidate:


  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the US market, preferably in the education, tutoring, or college counseling industries, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with an excellent command of English.
  • Sales Development: Ability to identify client needs, manage relationships, and convert leads into customers.

Requirements and Skills:


  • HubSpot Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for managing the sales pipeline and client interactions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector, specifically tutoring and college counseling services, to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
  • Video Conferencing Tools: Familiarity with Zoom and Teams for virtual sales calls and meetings.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day will start by reviewing leads in HubSpot, calling potential clients, and managing ongoing conversations with prospects. You’ll track progress and ensure timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline. Throughout the day, you’ll use tools like Zoom and Teams for virtual meetings, and you'll provide regular updates on the status of leads.

  1. Initial Phone Call: A brief call to assess your experience and fit for the role.
  2. Sales Assessment: A task to demonstrate your ability to handle sales calls and follow-ups.
  3. Final Interview: A discussion with the team to ensure alignment with Pavago’s sales approach.
