We are looking for SAAS Project Coordinator:
We are seeking a proactive and organized SaaS Project Coordinator to manage our projects and ensure timely delivery and performance excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with freelancers, using SaaS tools, and monitoring team performance to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage SaaS projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with freelancers and internal teams, assigning tasks and following up on progress
• Utilize project management and SaaS tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Monitor team performance and project results, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate effectively across teams to maintain alignment and resolve challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SaaS project coordination or similar roles.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Slack, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in coordinating with remote freelancers and diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to monitor and interpret project and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the chatbot or AI SaaS industry is a plus..
• Experience with handling Projects remotely.

Other Details:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10;00 AM to7:00 PM)
