Job Title - S&F Director / CFO
Segment / Business Unit - Pet Nutrition
Location - Hyderabad(India)
Key Responsibilities
Ensure robust business strategies for PN are identified and executed, as well as initiate, develop and lead programs to support strategic priorities and operational delivery at the unit level.
Provide financial guidance and leadership to India leadership Team in delivering their business objectives (Volume and Net Sales growth, Earnings and Cash).
Ensure robust financial evaluation of all major market business decisions such as pricing, returns on promotional and marketing budgets and technical leadership team (supply chain, R&D and commercial) initiatives.
Ensure appropriate financial controls and risk management processes exist and are executed.
Ensure financial statements are fully compliant with all appropriate accounting standards (Finance Manual) and corporate reporting requirements are met in a timely and with high-quality. Liaise with financial operations team and Internal Audit on right governance & control action plans.
Be a key contributor to India S&F team, Global and Corporate S&F community.
Takes ownership of delivering financial transformation and capability programs.
Manage and develop a team of direct reports, providing leadership to develop the engagement, capabilities, and talent pipeline of the finance function in India.

Education & Professional Qualifications
Preferred: Master’s degree / Certified Chartered Financial Degree
Knowledge / Experience
Experience: Minimum 15 Years of experience
Must Have Experiences:
Has Leadership experience in emerging markets level and/or experience in rapid growth markets. With supply chain finance experience
Has experience in strategy development, knowledgeable on data & analytics, and demonstrated experience in driving governance & controls
Professional accounting accreditation and qualifications (Management accounting, financial accounting)
Has Internal Controls, regulatory, tax, and legal knowledge
