Job Description:
Rural project day-to-day operationsSecondary sales monitoring in Sales and Distribution Business IntelligenceSharing sales and other relevant data at HOSales Analysis & Trackers from Sales and Distribution BI for RSR's/AMs & ZMMultiple additional tasks assigned by ZM/AM Rural/ ZOMVehicle expenses entry in the FMS systemFollowing up with RSR's for target achievementsAM's & RSR's Incentive preparationPreparation of sales meeting presentationRecord keeping of Rural sales vehicles documentationSales commission & debit note working for auditSalary working preparation for People HRCoordinate with Sales and D HODs for any issuesRSR's target splitting by brand by SKU
Qualification and Skills:
Minimum bachelors2-3 years of relevant experience FMCG experience preferably
