Rural Sales Coordinator - 04 (Oct-24)

Job Responsibilities:

• Rural project day-to-day operations
• Secondary sales monitoring in SnD BI
• Sharing sales and other relevant data at HO
• Sales Analysis & Trackers from SnD BI for RSR's/AMs & ZM
• Multiple additional tasks assigned by ZM/AM Rural/ ZOM
• Vehicle expenses entry in the FMS system
• Following up with RSR's for target achievements
• AM's & RSR's Incentive preparation
• Preparation of sales meeting presentation
• Record keeping of Rural sales vehicles documentation
  
• Sales commission & debit note working for audit
• Salary working preparation for People HR
• Coordinate with SnD HODs for any issues
• RSR's target splitting by brand by SKU

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelors from a HEC recognized university
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred FMCG.
