RISE 2.0: Mid-Career Field Sales Program

What we're looking for:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 2-5 years of field sales experience
What you'll be expected to do:
• In this role, you will be responsible for improving sales and distribution performance in your assigned territory.
• Devise and implement Area Business Plans aimed at improving shipment volumes, in market sales and secondary sales along with optimizing Key Sales Indicators
• Effectively implement the Distribution Strategy and ensure required distribution infrastructure.
• Develop Distributors & Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) through On the Job Mentoring to ensure ICM implementation.
• Develop relationships with trade.
• Report the in-market deployment maintenance issues and ensure implementation of rectification of these as required.
• Ensure compliance of distributor with PMPKL requirements and workload management.
• Update all meaningful market data and information including retail dynamics to improve Company's understanding of trade to develop appropriate strategies and plans.
• Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities to follow PMPKL policies and procedures, including local and federal laws, PMI Code of Conduct and Marketing Code.
