The Institute has three Professional Development Centre in Karachi, Gilgit and Chitral. This is a grant funded contractual position based in Karachi.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:baseline data collection and analysesattending trainings/workshopscurriculum adaptation workshopsstakeholder collaboration and communication policy engagementdata collection and analysis during the scaling projectworking with teachers and children using play-based inclusive pedagogiestravelling outside of the cityteam management. RequirementsYou should have:16 years of education in social sciences preferably with an ECED major or diploma/certificate in early childhoodat least two years of teaching at the ECE level using play as the pedagogy; conducted research as a part of their academic program and or worked in a similar role for at least one yearskill in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologiesproficiency in gathering data through surveys, interviews, and observations report writing skills and presentation of findings knowledge and skills for inclusive educational practicesexpertise in play-based and active learning teaching pedagogies of literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skill development adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing research needs and environments effective communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholdersability to prioritize tasks through proper time management.
