This is a grant-funded contractual position.


Responsibilities


You will be responsible to:


  • provide management support to the PIs in planning, implementing and monitoring of all project activities
  • provide support for the arrangement of meetings, training sessions, data collection, field visits, maintaining material inventory, etc
  • coordination and support to project team for project-related activities
  • provide support to the PIs for various arrangements and documentation pertaining to project
  • develop, manage and maintain project documents
  • manage and keep records of reference materials used for projects
  • data collection, analysis, transcription, review of transcripts and data entry
  • attend project team meetings and respond to correspondence.

Requirements


You should have:


  • bachelor’s degree preferably in health/social sciences or education (a Master’s degree is preferred)
  • at least one year of prior work in research, material development, translation, data analysis, report writing and field work
  • understanding of Gender Based Violence (GBV), its risks, challenges, and solutions
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English
  • proficiency in MS Office and videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
  • excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • ability to work independently and in teams
  • strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination abilities
  • flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
