Job Roles/Responsibilities:


  • conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection
  • supervise/conduct data collection process 
  • manage participant data and conduct transcription and thematic qualitative analysis and quantitative data analysis 
  • assist PI in piloting, testing, and refining the research tool
  • supervise the participants' recruitment process, and implementation of intervention
  • supervise in collecting data from respondents by using a full range of qualitative and quantitative research tools
  • conduct field visits to monitor the data collection process at the study site if required 
  • communicate between the research team and other stakeholders for data collection
  • assist in summarizing protocols and studies, writing scientific articles, and preparing reports, manuscripts & abstracts for publication/presentation as required
  • manage, compile & analyse project data
  • collaborate research activities and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of data collection activities
  • assist in writing final report and publication process

Requirements:


You should have/be:


  • at least bachelor’s degree in basic or health science from a well-reputed local or international university; MBBS/BDS will be preferred
  • at least one year of relevant research experience preferably in data transfer, analysis, manuscript writing. Previous experience in Mix methods studies will be preferred
  • familiar with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation
  • demonstrated writing, editing, and analytical skills
  • experience with software such as REDCap, MS Office, SPSS2, STATA
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
