Minimum 16 Years of education in Commerce, Banking and Finance & Economics / from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC or ACCA qualified.
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in SME and Credit Marketing.
Responsibilities:
To enhance SME portfolio of Regional Office by introducing fresh relationships.
Deepening of existing portfolio.
Marketing, initiation/preparation of proposal, arrangement of approval, and completion of documents till disbursement of the funds.
Analysis of region’s SME portfolio by closely monitoring of financing relationships to ensure that SBP & Bank policies, risk and yield criteria are being met.
Analysis of SME Credit Proposals submitted by the areas/branches.
To monitor utilization of approved SME financing facilities and analysis of financial health of the client(s) and industry/segment dynamics of entire region.
Analyzing financial statements of borrower in order to assess credit worthiness.
Visiting clients to assess business operations and prepare visit reports.
Completion of facility and security documents as per approval, compliance of shariah guidelines and process flow.
Skills Required:
Strong financial analysis abilities, SME industry & SBP prudential regulations specific knowledge.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office skills.
Problem solving, good written and verbal communication skills.
