ACCA/BBA/BSAF/MBA, from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
A qualification in Islamic Finance and advance certification in Islamic finance such as CSAA etc will be preferred.
Experience:
Up to 2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Assist in product development, Shariah compliance mechanisms and controls as per clients’ requirements while coordinating with other concerned stakeholders etc.
Assist in development of Sukuk structures and customized solutions for clients including review of legal agreements and liaison with client and legal counsel for finalization and execution.
Development of policies and procedures for Shariah Advisory clients including but not limited to Islamic banks/Islamic windows of conventional banks and/or development financial institutions/ Islamic digital banks, microfinance companies, takaful companies, asset management companies etc.
Shariah review of constitutive documents including initial and supplemental trust deeds, offering documents, Sukuk structures, placements agreements etc. for Islamic mutual funds.
Independently conduct smooth and timely Shariah review of Shariah Advisory Clients.
