Novo Nordisk Pakistan affiliate has been growing fast. You will join a highly qualified team and report directly to RMA Manager. Role will be based in Lahore, Pakistan.


The position
Within Medical Affairs, this position functions as a scientific liaison between NN and key external customers to further scientific exchange. S/he provides product and field scientific support to Medical, Sales, Market Access Public Affairs (MAPA) and Marketing, as well as managed care and Government by using academic credentials and scientific expertise to communicate with health care providers and organizations.


  • Engaging with external stakeholders to understand their needs and perspectives, and developing innovative business solutions. Additionally, organizing diverse healthcare provider events related to NN's products and presenting at local gatherings.
  • Managing the resolution of medical information inquiries or issues and providing appropriate responses or information. Additionally, assisting in creating various types of events for healthcare providers focused on topics related to NN's therapeutic segments and products, and preparing and presenting talks at local events.
  • Identification, mapping and communication with KOLs and HCPs aiming to update their understanding of relevant data in each context, as well as to build and maintain relationships to facilitate scientific exchange.
  • Providing response to HCP upon unsolicited request for off-label information and ensuring compliance with all requirements, train relevant staff in new solutions value propositions and foster close cross-functional collaboration around relevant activities
  • Responsible for assessment and feedback of the sales trainees, product specialist and senior product specialist with regard to training and development planning required for therapeutic area knowledge

Qualifications


  • A Medical Graduate (MBBS) is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of similar role within the healthcare industry, preferably in pharma, freshers are also encouraged to apply. 
  • Position requires travel and flexible working hours, presence in field and office as per job requirement 
  • Excellent presentation skills along with stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team with good communication skills
  • Medium to high level of innovation needs to be exhibited with reference to products/ brands subject to overall Medical strategy. Also, works within NN’s established policies and procedures and ensures alignment of their work to NN fundamentals.
