The Regional Manager for Adtech/Quantica is responsible for overseeing the growth and success of Adtech solutions and Quantica services within a designated region. This role involves strategic leadership, partner and client management, and operational oversight to drive adoption, optimize performance, and achieve regional business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership and Execution:

• Develop and implement regional strategies to promote and expand Adtech solutions and Quantica services.
• Define and achieve regional targets for sales, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic support and guidance to clients and partners, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Adtech and Quantica offerings.

• Lead and manage a team of Adtech/Quantica professionals, including sales, account management, and technical support staff.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and performance management.

• Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets for Adtech solutions and Quantica services.
• Implement effective sales strategies, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Optimize Adtech and Quantica solutions based on market feedback and performance data.

• Oversee the delivery of Adtech and Quantica services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with client expectations.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
• Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product management, and engineering, to support the successful delivery of Adtech and Quantica solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support for regional goals.
