Job Purpose/Overview
This is a critical feeder role to Sales Leadership Roles.
Build Regional Sales Strategy to maximize sales through the channel and in-store execution.
Build Route To Market Plans for your Region to optimize reach and cost structure in General/Traditional Trade & Speciality Trade Channels.
Lead the team to build solid Customer relationships.
Category management with key customers
Accountable for ensuring compliance of org guidelines.
Grooming Talent and building leadership pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
Drive Business Performance to Optimize Value Creation
Create value by driving performance and delivery of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Drive results by focussing on our customers and consumers with dynamic resource allocation.
Set high standards and hold individuals and teams to account for their performance.
Ensure operations and processes enable smart, efficient, and responsive working.
Deep understanding and hands on experience of the local customer and consumer landscape.
Agile working and comfort with Test & Learn.
Drive Execution Excellence: Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Regions KPIs.
Drive Volume & Value growth with increased distribution.
Strengthen Route to Market and grow the category.
Distribution expansion in traditional trade – Increased Coverage & effectiveness
Identifying the key strategic challenges to generate leads and develop the engagement of our key accounts.
Build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, on-boarding, activation, and expansion.
Review Teams & Plans with Rigour
Drive Digital tools & enable digital activation in Sales.
Cocreate & Collaborate with India Demand Leadership Team
Channel Plans & Category insights with Customer Marketing Lead.
Drive Expansion Strategy in line with the Forecast Plans with Supply
Establish and foster mutual partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Proven Ability to Build Strong Talent
Build High Performing Teams – Build a Sales Leadership Pipeline of Future
Coaching Next Gen Talent resulting in leadership pipeline conversion
