About Pavago:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our client’s team. This role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating interviews while building strong candidate relationships. The ideal candidate will have some experience in HR or an internship in the field, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Phone Screenings: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, evaluate qualifications, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Job Description Creation: Develop well-structured job descriptions tailored to specific roles and hiring needs.
  • Interview Question Development: Assist in formulating structured interview questions aligned with hiring objectives.
  • Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Offer Management: Support in preparing job offers, negotiating terms, and addressing candidate concerns.
  • Onboarding Support: Help coordinate documentation and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the employer brand.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on hiring goals.

Collaborating with hiring managers, building strong candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process will be key to your success.
