Role & Responsibilities:

• Utilize expert knowledge of talent acquisition technologies to optimize recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for international roles, focusing on markets in Southeast Asia, India, and the US. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing telephonic screenings
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and offer process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with defined process

Required Skill / Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Expert knowledge of ATS, CRM, and AI tools related to talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Great interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

Education & Experience:

• Master’s / bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of recruiting experience
