About the job Receptionist
HRSI is looking for receptionist for one its leading client
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Manage the offices front desk, including scheduling and maintaining visitor logs.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed.Assist with the coordination of meetings and appointments.Provide general administrative support to staff as required.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in any discipline Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in other customer service roles.
