Overview The role is responsible to co-ordinate and ensures sampling and quality testing and data collection of RMPM and FG for reporting purpose. Responsibilities 1. Perform sampling, testing and monitoring of raw & packaging materials as per defined frequencies from Plant and third-party raw material storages. 2. Ensure collection, labeling, storage of PepsiCo reference samples of PC and NPC lines as per samples retention protocol and ensure availability of samples for any research or investigation purposes (root cause analysis of complaint handling etc.) 3. Sample collection of finished products (PC & NPC) for process and packaging quality walls as per standard sampling plan. 4. Ensure oil quality analysis at receiving and during operation which includes FFA, POV and OV. 5. Ensure sampling, analysis and clearance in SAP of all RMPM analysis. 6. Routine and scheduled calibrations of lab equipment as per ASHA requirement. 7. Make sure shiftly deep cleaning of Lab equipment and ensure 5S. Qualifications Knowledge/Skill BS/MS Food Technology,BS/M.Sc Chemistry, Biotechnology,biochemistry. Good knowledge of material testing and quality assessment Knowledge of quality and food safety standards (preferably lead auditor) Experience Fresh or 1-2 Years experience.
