Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform / Ansible / Azure Resource Manager.
- Automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Create and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Integrate various DevOps tools and practices to streamline the software delivery process.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure and applications.
- Use tools like Prometheus and ELK stack for effective monitoring and alerting.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Provide support for application deployments and resolve any issues related to infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or container orchestration.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards in all DevOps activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Azure Infrastructure Engineer.
- Proven experience with Ansible, Terraform, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Helm charts.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of development operations, networking, security and automation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certification in Azure (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) or Kubernetes (e.g., CKA, CKAD).
- Knowledge of GitOps practices and tools like Argo CD.
