Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee project activities to ensure timely completion, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Motivate team members to achieve project goals and maintain high performance.
  • Evaluate team performance and offer constructive feedback to drive improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, status, and potential risks.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and project objectives.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and address potential project risks.
  • Develop proactive risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor risks and resolve issues promptly, minimizing project impact.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and acceptance processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices in project execution.
  • Budget Management
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor expenditures to maintain cost-effectiveness and avoid budget overruns.
  • Provide regular financial updates and maintain budgetary compliance.

RequirementsQualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree
  • preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in software project management.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile
  • methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Zoho, Jira, Trello, etc.)
