Project Planning and Management
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Oversee project activities to ensure timely completion, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Motivate team members to achieve project goals and maintain high performance.
Evaluate team performance and offer constructive feedback to drive improvement.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team.
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, status, and potential risks.

RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree
preferred).
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
5+ years of experience in software project management.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile
methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
