The Project Executive will play an integral role in supporting and managing engineering-
driven projects within the Operations department. This position is focused on ensuring
the smooth execution, effective coordination, and timely delivery of key engineering and
manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in
mechanical, electrical, industrial, or electronics engineering. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams and report directly to the Engineering & Projects Manager.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Engineering & Projects Manager in planning, coordinating, and
executing projects related to manufacturing process improvements, equipment
upgrades, and new product developments.
• Ensure that all projects align with company objectives and meet technical,
financial, and time constraints.
• Collaborate with engineers, production teams, quality, and other internal
stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and integration into
operations.
• Facilitate communication between teams to resolve any project-related issues
quickly and efficiently.
• Track the progress of multiple projects, monitor deadlines, budgets, and
resources, and provide regular updates to the Engineering & Projects Manager
and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain and report on key project performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure
project goals are met.
• Proactively identify potential risks or obstacles to project timelines and budgets
and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to resolve issues that arise during
project execution.
• Assist in the planning and allocation of resources, including equipment,
materials, and personnel, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure effective scheduling and coordination of resources to avoid delays or
resource conflicts.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including project
plans, progress reports, technical specifications, and safety compliance records.
• Ensure that all projects comply with internal quality standards and safety
regulations.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements
within project management workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in post-project evaluations and lessons learned to enhance future project
execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Experience:
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in project execution, engineering, or operations
roles, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges and
provide practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools (e.g.,
AutoCAD etc.).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate
with diverse teams and present technical information effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines, maintaining high standards,
and managing resources efficiently.
