General Summary:
The Customer Engineering Operations team in Hyderabad is devoted to the support of our internal Engineering personnel as well as our External Customers. This position will be working in the QCT Customer Engineering Operations team and supporting Business Intelligence and Data analysis activities in San Diego. Candidate will be responsible for working with a number of different systems to report, data mine, and ascertain critical business trends and perform necessary analysis. This individual will be based in Hyderabad, but working via email and telephone with the Ops team in San Diego. Use of multiple business intelligence tools to assemble reports for end users. Creation and development of Reports/Dashboards and carrying out statistical analysis and trend analysis of data - Close partnership with the San Diego team for the development of Business Intelligence packages and to capture customer support efforts - Working with IT to troubleshoot day to day end user issues with reporting tools (Salesforce/Tableau) - Candidate must possess good Excel skills and should be highly detail oriented,
- Expert level knowledge in MS Excel (current versions)
- Must be a self starter with extremely high attention to detail
- Proven experience working with Big Data and able to provide customized BI solutions
- Experience working with data analysis, including driving needs gathering, documentation creation and reporting
- Any prior working experience as a Statistician is a plus.
- Experience working within an Engineering and/or highly technical organization
- History working with teams located worldwide
- Strong communication abilities and soft skills like organization are essential – Must be capable of addressing a diverse range of audiences
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
Required: Bachelor's, Business Administration, Engineering and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience
