Your Role and Responsibilities The Project Administrator role is responsible for maintaining daily activities of a typical project. This includes tracking team tasks, schedule as well as internal project processes.
Your responsibility :
You’ll be the go-to person for tracking and reporting the status of team tasks, making sure everything is on schedule.
You’ll help maintain access control, data security, and privacy protocols to keep the project running smoothly.
You’ll manage the onboarding and offboarding of team members, ensuring everyone is set up for success.
You’ll keep key project documents organized, including taking meeting minutes and capturing action items.
You’ll also get hands-on experience with tools like Jira or monday.com to streamline workflows and boost team productivity.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Education: You’re a recent graduate or finishing up a degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or something similar.
Tech Savvy: You’re familiar with project management tools (bonus points for knowing Jira or monday.com).
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You love staying organized and keeping track of details, deadlines, and documents.
Communication Skills: You’re confident in your ability to clearly report progress and coordinate with team members.
