Product Manager - Islamabad

Job Role:
We are looking for a talented Product Manager with a strong technical background to guide the development and implementation of our innovative AI-driven solutions. This role requires an individual who excels in both technical understanding and people management, ensuring that our products meet market needs and drive value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that products align with the company's strategic
objectives.
Collaborate with diverse teams, including R&D, marketing & business development, to ensure successful
project/product outcomes.
Utilize Jira and Confluence for effective project management, sprint planning, and documentation.
Understand and leverage AWS services to enhance product features and scalability.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive product innovation and improvement.
Communicate product strategies and updates clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
Balance product quality and speed of delivery while thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly in the tech industry or within AI/machine learning
domains.
Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and AWS, with a solid grasp of product development and project management
processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timings: 9AM - 6PM
Experience: 3+years
Location: Islamabad
