Our client company builds software for contact centers - Cisco UCCE, UCCX or PCCE, or Freeswitch/ FusionPBX. They provide CTI integration with Oracle Siebel or Oracle Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and SAP Interaction Center, adding multimedia collaboration channels and media routing such as Chat over any chat channel (SMS, Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook Messenger)l, as well as multimedia outbound campaigns.
Also, provide call center supervisors with tools to plan, track and score customer interactions, finesse gadgets, reporting solutions, and wallboards.
Job Description:
Role Overview: As a Product Manager in AI Conversation Design, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and enhancement of AI technologies that drive seamless and intelligent customer interactions. Youll utilize your expertise in AI tech stacks, large language models (LLMs), and conversational AI to ensure our product remains at the cutting edge of the industry. Your insights will help align our products vision with market needs and emerging opportunities in AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI & Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the AI landscape, including emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Use this knowledge to identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation within our product offering.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Act as the primary AI expert within company guiding the development of advanced conversational AI solutions. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering, and Marketing to develop and implement strategic AI-driven product goals.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for all AI-related product functions. Share your expertise across the company and with customers and partners to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Strategic Planning: Work with Solution Architects to design the long-term architecture for AI solutions, defining high-level workflows and ensuring they align with our business objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with pre-sales teams and project managers to address customer feature requests, evaluating which should be integrated into future product versions.
Qualifications: Educational Background: Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a senior role focused on AI technologies, ideally with experience in Product Management. Strong ability to communicate complex AI products and services clearly.
- Domain Expertise: In-depth experience with AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), AI engines, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with AI-driven conversational design and integration with voice or chatbots is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in deploying AI models and working with AI tech stacks. Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud AI, or Microsoft Azure AI is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, decision-making, and leadership abilities. Capable of driving AI projects forward and making impactful decisions.
