Product Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to support our team with tactical tasks that contribute to the overall success of our product and customer experience initiatives. This role is ideal for a junior or senior college student or a recent graduate with a background in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science. The intern will focus on analytics, testing, and assisting with ongoing product-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Ongoing Work:

1. Test chatbot functionality by analyzing customer interaction logs, documenting improvement areas, and drafting suggestions for content teams.
2. Convert raw data into meaningful trend graphs to assist in decision-making.

Assignment-Based Work:

1. Review customer journeys using tools like Hotjar, summarize findings, and propose improvements.
2. Conduct lab tests comparing our product's usability with competitors.
3. Transform meeting notes from PLG sessions into actionable items and track them to completion.

Required Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a junior/senior year of university or a recent graduate with no current full-time employment.
2. Background in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
3. Strong research and analytical skills.
4. Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with product management or AI tools.
2. Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
