Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating presales activities to ensure efficient task execution, resource allocation, and alignment between internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Assign tasks to relevant team members, actively monitor progress, and oversee all active leads to ensure timely completion within specified deadlines without delays.
Maintain and update the status of each lead in JIRA, providing visibility to all stakeholders.
Regularly follow up with task assignees to track progress and address any potential roadblocks. If delays are anticipated, proactively inform the relevant stakeholders to manage client expectations and avoid disruptions.
Work closely with internal teams, including Project Management, Sales, and Engineering, to plan and organize review meetings, internal syncs, and sales/engineering meetings.
Prepare and maintain a repository of resumes for client presentations, ensuring they are tailored to client needs.
Assist candidates in preparing for client interviews, providing guidance and support to ensure they are ready for the process.
Assist in the implementation of established PreSales processes and contribute to other aspects of the process.
RequirementsQualification: Bachelors of Information Technology or Computer Science
