Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Strong knowledge of wind turbine technologies and control systems, CMS, EBOP equipment, SCADA systems, and grid systems.
Experience of plant management from owner side and also from O&M contractor side.
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. IEC, IEEE, GWO, ANSI / NETA MTS ATS, CIGRE, ASTM, NFPA, AGMA, OSHA, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in cyber security, ERP e.g. SAP, networking, communication protocols, CMS and HSEQ compliances.
Job summary:
Responsible for the overall technical leadership, strategic oversight, and operational excellence of a large wind power plants. This person will supervise and provide technical guidance to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contractors team, ensuring optimal plant performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operations.
The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in technical operations, stakeholder management, and driving operational excellence in the wind energy sector. Ready to perform duties as deemed appropriate by the Top Management.
