Responsibilities:

• Create scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and assess departmental and organizational performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate performance results, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide accurate and timely performance updates.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including managers and executives, to establish performance targets, budgets, and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance metrics with organizational goals.
• Engage in regular meetings and discussions to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Identify key insights and trends from data analysis and translate them into clear and relevant business recommendations.
• Assist in strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve overall performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Fresh profiles who are energetic, sharp, with a good educational background can also apply.
• At least 6 months of proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance management is preferred.
• Knowledge in tools such as Power BI and MS Excel (including Power Tools) for data analysis and visualization is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Shift Timings: Afternoon (12:00 p.m. – 09:00 p.m.) or (03:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.)
