About the Client:
Our client is a managed IT services Company with highly qualified resources around the globe, have a 24/7 IT Helpdesk and provide services in IT consultancy and onsite support. They have a network of 6000+ IT engineers globally who are highly qualified and readily available to assist. With their multivendor approach and can quickly match the engineer with the correct skill set and fulfill the requirements of the clients.


About the Position: People Specialist


Job Role: 


Recruitment & On-boarding: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire on-boarding and orientation.


Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and support. Address and resolve employee issues and grievances promptly and effectively.


Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health coverage, leave policies, and other perks. Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits and assist employees with benefits-related questions.


Performance Management: Support performance review processes, including scheduling evaluations, gathering feedback, and tracking performance metrics.


HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and supporting professional development opportunities.


Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive work culture. Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.


Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.


Other Details:


Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of HR experience
Location: Lahore
Timings: 9:30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Benefits: Health - covering IPD, OPD, Medication - privately done by company can be utilized for Parents, Spouse and Children. 100k/year max reimbursement. Gym - up to 3k monthly towards gym membership
