Job Brief:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an People Operations Officer. This role combines administrative tasks, HR support, and office management responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities:


1. Human Resources Support


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Oversee attendance and leave management, ensuring records are updated and discrepancies resolved.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general support.

2. IT Equipment & Welcome Box Management


  • Coordinate IT equipment allocation for new joiners, ensuring they receive the necessary devices (laptops, monitors, internet devices, etc.).
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and track their issuance and returns.
  • Liaise with the IT department for troubleshooting and support requests.
  • Manage the inventory of welcome boxes for new employees, ensuring timely distribution and restocking when needed.

3. Administrative & Office Management


  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement and stock control.
  • Oversee the office environment to ensure it is well-maintained and fully operational.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, IT support, and other essential services.

4. Employee Engagement & Events Support


  • Organize team engagement activities, including social events, celebrations, and well-being programs.
  • Support internal and external event logistics, including venue arrangements and catering.
  • Assist with employee recognition programs and initiatives.
