Job Summary:
The role involves overseeing health benefits processes, including coordinating with vendors like EFU and Chughtai Lab to ensure efficient management of IPD services. Responsibilities include updating dependent data through additions, deletions, and corrections, as well as ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments. It also encompasses handling IPD cases, ensuring smooth processing and resolving employee queries related to inpatient benefits. The role manages the entire offboarding cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, conducting exit interviews, and providing actionable feedback to improve employee retention. Additional responsibilities include managing PESSI enrollment and payments in compliance with regulatory standards, addressing ad hoc HR tasks, supporting various projects, and offering day-to-day guidance to employees on HR policies and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing Health Benefits Processes (IPD EFU & Chughtai Lab):
Liaise with vendors to ensure efficient management of Health benefit processes. Oversee the addition, deletion, and correction of dependent data. Ensure timely and accurate payments to Vendors. Handle Inpatient Department (IPD) cases for employees, ensuring smooth processing and resolution. Address and resolve employee queries related to inpatient benefits promptly.
2. Managing Offboarding Cycle:
Oversee the entire offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure all necessary documentation and formalities are completed during the offboarding process. Exit interviews feedback to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
3. PESSI Enrollment and Payments:
Manage the enrollment of employees in PESSI (Punjab Employees Social Security Institution). Handle payments related to PESSI, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards concerning PESSI.
4. Assisting with the Onboarding Process:
Ensuring new hires have a seamless and positive experience. Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
5. Handling Adhoc Tasks:
Execute adhoc tasks assigned , demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness. ( e.g. Org Charts, process flows etc.)
6. Addressing Day-to-Day Employee Queries:
Respond to and resolve day-to-day queries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other concerns. Provide guidance and support to employees, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
7. Expense Management:
This mainly covers OPD, General Expenses, Reimbursements etc. Keeping a check on quota, conducting thorough audit, and preparing stats.
RequirementsExperience:
Over 5 years of relevant experience in HR and related domains.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant field.
