In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in various People functions, contributing to the overall success of our team and the company.
Screen candidates and schedule interviews
Execute Employer Branding initiatives
Assist the People Team on day-to-day People Operations activities
Maintain Human Resources databases and ensure data accuracy
Help in brainstorming and executing employee engagement initiatives to the team
Extend support to team members in order to meet deadlines and ensure that tasks are completed when required
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to implement People initiative programs
Bachelors in BBA or MBA, majors in Human Resource is a plus
0-1 year of experience in Human Resources preferable in a generalist role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in problem solving and task prioritization
