Pastoral Care /Wellness Coordinator needed in an IB school in Hyderabad.
Joining on Immediate basis.
Job Summary:
The Pastoral Care Coordinator is responsible for facilitating an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals with diverse needs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor programs and strategies that promote inclusivity and address the unique needs of individuals within the organization or community.

Qualifications -
Masters in Special Education or a recognized postgraduate qualification in SEN with a Level 4 Certificate in Supporting the Learning of Learners with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND)
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of five years in SEN education
Minimum of two years as a SEN Coordinator
Certification or training in counseling, mental health first aid, therapeutic interventions or similar areas is desirable.
Previous experience in providing pastoral care or counseling.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with empathy.
2 Saturdays working and 2 off.
Local candidates needed. Candidates willing to relocate by themselves can apply.
